This scent is actually a tribute to Montana (regardless of the WY mug) Me and my husband absolutely love Montana. We loved it long before the show Yellowstone became popular. 😉 It was our first road trip and where we got engaged (going horseback riding in the mountains!)
When this scent was created, I wanted it to capture the crisp mountain air, coolness of the prairies, and the aroma of nearby pine and aspen trees. I wanted this candle to feel like you were staying in a Montana cabin in the fall in the mountains. I wanted it to feel like you could smell the pines and mountain air as you sipped on your morning coffee.
While this candles pairs well with a cup of coffee, it does not smell like a cup of coffee (Don’t worry! That’s what Cup of Joe is for).Â
Note Profile:
Top: Roasted Chestnuts, Ozone, Camphor, Citrus
Middle: Sea salt, Fireside, Pine, Red Currant, Berry, Cherry BlossomÂ
Base: Birch, Leather, Gentle Rain, Juniper, Sage
6 oz square mason jar candle, hand poured in Minnesota.
Between 30-40 hour burn time.Â
Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch each time you burn be sure to trim the wicks every time you light your candle. Trimming the wick will allow your candle to last longer and prevent the candle from smoking and producing a large flame, which could lead to soot around the top of the mason jar. Â
Soy wax is known for frosting. This is typically what you might see on the top of your candles. These candles are perfectly imperfect due to their artisan, handcrafted nature.Â
