Shipping & Processing Times: 

Please allow 5-7 business days for items to ship. This does not include holidays.

Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business day days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier. 

Once your package has shipped, ReCoopMN is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. 

If your product was broken during transit, please reach out to us at recoopmn@gmail.com.

Local Pickup 

Unfortunately, local pickup has been permanently suspended. 

Returns

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within seven (7) days of receipt. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. ReCoopMN will not reimburse for return shipping charges. It is strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds 

We will process your return or exchange, upon approval of your return request. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. 

Sale items 

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
